Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FES Athletics. By enrolling your child in our basketball training program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Participation
1.1 Eligibility: Participants must be within the age range specified for the program and must complete the registration process, including payment and submission of any required forms.
1.2 Medical Clearance: Participants must provide proof of medical clearance from a healthcare professional if required. Parents/guardians must inform the program of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect the participant’s ability to safely engage in the training activities.
1.3 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the program’s code of conduct, which includes respecting coaches, staff, and fellow participants, and following safety instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without a refund.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Program Fees: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been arranged and agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Participants will not be allowed to attend sessions if there are outstanding fees.
2.3 Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
3. Cancellation and Changes
3.1 Cancellation by Organizer: FES Athletics reserves the right to cancel the program or any sessions due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full or pro-rated refund will be provided.
3.2 Changes to Schedule: The schedule is subject to change. [Organization Name] will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any changes in advance.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Assumption of Risk: By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with basketball training, including potential injury. FES Athletics is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the program, except where directly caused by negligence.
4.2 Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, [Organization Name] will follow established emergency protocols, and parents/guardians will be contacted as soon as possible.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Personal Information: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering the program and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Media Release: By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to FES Athletics using photographs or videos of the participants for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 FES Athletics’ liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the program shall be limited to the amount of the program fees paid. FES Athletics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
7.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, in accordance with the rules of FES Athletics.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Amendments: FES Athletics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
